All two piece rigid boxes are produced to custom dimensions. We cut and assemble to your product measurements with no fixed size restrictions.

Lid depth runs anywhere from 30 to 50 percent of the base height for a partial cover, or the full base height for a telescopic style. The choice comes down to how much of the base you want visible and how secure the closure needs to be.

Fit tolerance is set during sampling. A tighter fit feels more secure, a looser fit opens easier. We adjust this based on the product weight and how the end customer is expected to open the box.
