Most single-bandana boxes fall between 6 x 6 x 1 inch and 9 x 9 x 2 inches, but the right size depends entirely on how the bandana is folded and the fabric thickness. We custom-size every order. Send us the folded dimensions, and we will build the box around those measurements.
Yes! When you decide to use a flat fold, roll or triangle display, we can design the box with adjustable inserts or special dimensions so that your bandana looks great regardless of how it is folded into the box.
A depth of 1-2 inches usually works well. When it is too shallow, it forms a bulge in the fabric; when it is too deep, the bandana slides around and gets messy. It is aimed at a snug fit, so it might be better to add a small cardboard insert to hold everything in place than to rely on the depth.
Definitely. To keep your box's exterior neat and attractive, we suggest printing the instructions on the inside of your lid or at the bottom of your box. A little branded care card can be thrown in, too.
Your bandanas might have dark or very bright dyes that can be spotted on the packaging in places. We suggest wrapping the bandana in tissue paper or putting a thin protective liner inside the box to avoid this.
