A typical box is about 20 to 25 mm wide and deep and 60 to 80 mm tall. We measure your actual bottle and add 1 to 2 mm on the sides and 3 to 5 mm on the height for a tuck-end carton. There is no single size, because bottle designs differ.
Coated SBS paperboard or 350 gsm art card works for most retail cartons. We suggest a rigid box when packaging is part of the gift experience, and kraft board for a natural look.
Yes, Small runs are possible with digital printing because it avoids the plate costs that make offset expensive at low volume. Our current minimum order starts at 1 box.
If your bottle matches an existing die, we may be able to avoid a new tooling charge. A custom die is a one-time cost, and we can reuse it for reorders of the same size.
Yes. Sampler boxes with inserts commonly hold three, five or ten 5ml bottles. We design the insert around your bottle size and layout.
They protect bottles on a shelf and in handling, but a standard carton alone is not recommended as the only shipping layer. For e-commerce, we suggest a corrugated mailer or a protective outer box.
